Return & Refund Policy

1.) Eligibility for Returns

Wezora Jewels accepts return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included with the return.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2.) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products tailored specifically for the customer.

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event, unless they are received in a defective condition.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or neglect.

We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before placing your order.

3.) How to Initiate a Return

Kindly include the following details in your request:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return address along with further instructions.

4.) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items, as Wezora Jewels cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5.) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited directly to your original payment source (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
We will contact you to arrange the refund via bank transfer or a digital wallet of your choice.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6.) Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Exchanges are only applicable for issues related to product defects or incorrect items delivered.

7.) Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead need to be processed as a return, in accordance with our return policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
